Located on the 3,000 sq ft second floor of 259, DCC features daylight-filled offices and comfortable common spaces with 12ft+ ceilings. Workspaces range in size from hot desks to eight person offices.
The DCC Boardroom is designed for 6+ people and features state-of-the-art technology for an exceptional hybrid meeting experience.
The Studio @ 259 features a Pilchner-Shoustal designed recording space and control room – whether you’re mixing your latest recording… or producing your ongoing podcasts.
Flooded with natural light, BOK is an inclusive space where children can develop social and ecological awareness and engage in physical activity.
Parents can visit the play space with their child or book one of our co-working spaces and have childcare provided by one of our trained educators.
You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids have fun in the indoor play space.
We work with small local vendors to supply a carefully curated selection of delicious food. Some favorites are our fresh in-house baked goods, empanadas, chilaquiles and salads.
Our yummy kids menu features rainbow grilled cheese, waffles and pizza. All served with an organic juice box, fresh fruit or veggies, and a fresh-baked cookie.
